Fundraising Grand Slam: Mission, Money, and Volunteers (Arizona North)

Back to Package

Build a mission-driven fundraising program to raise money, engage volunteers, and increase public awareness of interior design.

If you’re looking for a fundraising idea that will raise needed funds, engage emerging professionals, and raise awareness of the value in working with an interior designer, you’ll want to learn about Arizona North’s “Interior Designer for Hire” (ID4H) event. Held annually, the chapter advertises their members’ design services at a discounted rate, to expose more people to the experience of working with a designer and distinguishing the ASID brand in the process. Emerging professionals appreciate the opportunity to build their portfolios, and the chapter is never short on volunteers willing to donate their services. Get the inside story behind this mission-driven program, and learn about successful fundraising strategies, including media/public relations, industry partner and sponsor engagement, and volunteer recruitment.
