Jessica A Irizarry is an association management professional specializing in component relations and volunteer management. Passionate about community stability and growth, as well as an avid volunteer herself, she has shared her enthusiasm and expertise in support of ASID chapters for the last eight years. Jessica served as the 2022-2023 National Chair of the American Society for Association Executives (ASAE) Component Relations and Volunteer Management Professionals Advisory Council. Jessica holds a degree in communication and political science from the University of South Alabama, located in Mobile, AL where she currently resides with her fur babies, Lady, Stella and Tiger Lilly,

Love Rodriguez

Love Rodriguez has 12 years of combined experience in Human Resources and Accounting in the Insurance, Government Contracting, and Education Industries. She completed her B.S. in Accounting at Liberty University. Since working with ASID, she can use her experience with both HR & Accounting. She oversees ASID’s accounting and payroll/benefits. She enjoys problem-solving and numbers. In the past, Love owned a successful trucking company, and created several start-up businesses for clients to ensure the company are in compliance. One of those businesses happened to be her 10-year-old daughter’s leotards business, Lulu’s Leotards, LLC. In her spare time, she assists her daughter to ensure that she remains successful.
