From Dive to Revive, Chapter 2.0 (Indiana)
- Registration Closed
Hear the Indiana Chapter’s turnaround story and learn lessons you can apply to strengthen your own chapter board.
In the summer of 2019, the Indiana Chapter was on the verge of shutting its doors. Leadership vacancies, lack of funds, accounting problems, out of compliance with National policies – just to name a few of the problems facing the incoming board leaders. Hear the story of how they built back during the pandemic, embracing the values of transparency, communication, and tenacity to move forward. Even if your chapter is in a strong position, we can all learn from the effective leadership and management strategies they've developed to “right the ship” and revive their community.
